The Pass It On Series is a book series aimed at providing families with stories and other resources to connect whilst learning about valuable life lessons.  All material is copyrighted and owned by The Pass It On Series.  We aim to provide a high level of products designed to be loved by you and your family, whilst supporting our local businesses here in South Australia.   

Payment: Secure payment is made via Square or PayPal.   

Shipping: Currently, shipping is only available within Australia. International customers have the option to purchase our products via digital download of high quality pdf files. For bookmarks and cards, all you need is a printer, some paper of own choice, and scissors.   Shipping times vary dependent on postage time, however, we endeavour to get your orders out at our earliest convenience for you to “Pass On” in the very near future.  We take great pride in our products and appreciate and endeavour to ensure all requests/orders are met within a suitable timeframe and delivered as originally sent. The Pass It On Series does not take any responsibility for any damage to the sent items during the delivery process, however, will aim to work with the customer to reach a reasonable solution where an issue shall arise.  Shipping Rates vary dependent on product. Please refer to each product for further detail.   

Returns policy: Please note no returns or refunds are available after purchase.  Missing orders will be replaced after an investigation has been sought and all other avenues have been used to locate it. 

Use of images and content from social media and/or website: All products, images and content (where stated), are copyrighted by our team at The Pass It On Series. Where possible, please credit us appropriately and link back to @thepassitonseries.  We fully support our customers and supporters desire to promote our service and products when possible, and welcome any feedback via the relevant channels (e.g.: DM on Instagram or email).
